There are three boards which make up the administrative structure of NUASM. Each of the founding denominations has their own board to make decisions on matters of particular relevance to them, or areas of responsibility which by agreement, has been assigned to them. There is also an overall Ecumenical Shared Ministry board called the NUASM board which makes decisions and recommendations on matters which involve all members of our community of faith, such as worship, mission & service and outreach, ministry and personnel, and pastoral care. The three governing bodies are:
